  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery delays beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

4. Delivery Partners

  • Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.

  • Tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS once the order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Any re-shipping costs arising from incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may return the package.

  • In such cases, re-dispatch will be subject to additional shipping charges.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance or inform us within 48 hours with clear images.

  • Any claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within India only.
    (If international shipping is added in the future, applicable duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.)

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
