Thank you for shopping at Lorah Crafts. We are committed to providing quality products and a smooth online shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and replacements are handled, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged
The product is defective or malfunctioning
The product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

To be eligible for a return:

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact
Clear photos or videos evidencing the issue must be provided

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

2. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the following items shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery attributable to the seller:

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
Clothing and personal-use items once used, washed, or altered
Smart home gadgets damaged due to improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or power fluctuations
Items showing minor variations in colour, size, design, or appearance that are inherent to the product
Products damaged due to negligence, mishandling, or failure to follow usage or care instructions
Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers

Minor variations and normal wear and tear shall not be considered defects.

3. Return Process

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be informed of the approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable.

5. Replacements

In eligible cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Replacement processing will begin after verification or receipt of the returned item.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If the return is approved due to a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, return shipping costs will be borne by us.
For all other approved returns, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
Orders that are shipped, customized, or made-to-order cannot be cancelled.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lorah Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from the website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
